1. Local Processing and Device Limits

Upscale8 runs intensive image and video super-resolution directly in your browser. As a result, performance depends entirely on your device's hardware (RAM, CPU, and GPU).

• I do not guarantee that every model will run on every device.
• Processing very large images or long high-resolution videos with high-quality networks may cause your browser to slow down, freeze, or crash if it runs out of memory.
• You agree to use the service "as is" and at your own risk. I am not responsible for any unsaved work lost due to browser crashes.

2. Acceptable Use

Since all processing is done locally, I cannot monitor what you upscale. However, you are solely responsible for the images you process and download using this tool. You agree not to use this tool to process illegal material or violate copyright laws.

3. Intellectual Property

The core functionality of this app relies on open-source projects like websr and mediabunny, which are governed by their respective licenses. The Upscale8 website design, branding, and interface are the property of Upscale8.

4. Changes to Service

I reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue certain AI models or features at any time to improve the app's stability or comply with browser updates.
